City of Langford Campfire Permitting System

Registration is currently open for campfire burning. Permits are valid for today only and are subject to the following restrictions:

  1. Campfires are permitted on residentially-zoned properties only.
  2. Permits are only valid for the date issued and cannot be altered.
  3. Permits are subject to time of day, weather conditions, proximity to covenanted areas.
  4. The Fire Chief or Peace Officer may cancel any permit where the campfire constitutes a nuisance to persons or property.
