Pre-Registration is now closed. Please register in person at the Registration Tent located under the Goldstream arch on Sunday August 21, 2022 between 7am – 9:30am

Things to remember before you leave home:

  1. While registration is still free, the Goldstream Food Bank will be on site to accept donations.
  2. T-shirts and license plates with custom graphics will be for sale at the Registration Tent.
  3. Parking will be on a first come, first served basis and available from 7:00am to 9:30am.
  4. Exhibitors are encouraged to enter Goldstream Ave from Peatt Rd or Bryn Maur Rd as Veterans Memorial Pkwy will be experiencing heavier traffic from 7:00am to 8:00am. Upon arriving, our parking staff will direct you to a spot. After settling in, please make your way to the Registration Tent, which is located under the arch, where we will accept your donation and check you in.

    Please note: We cannot guarantee a certain spot, but we will try our best to accommodate.

  5. Well behaved furry friends are welcome, but please have them on a leash for everyone’s safety.
