The City of Langford offers reductions in its DCC (CRD Water DCCs not included) for the development of market and non-market rental housing at the following rates, and subject to certain terms and conditions:

For-Profit Rental Housing: City Centre
For-Profit Rental Housing: Except City Centre

The estimate provided is for Development Cost Charges according to the current rates.
There are several additional charges that are non-DCC related that are to be paid at the time of Final Subdivision (or Building Permit) that are not included in the above,
namely Incremental Storage Improvements Fees (ISIF's), Integrated Survey Area and Subdivision fees and charges established in the Development Services Bylaw for service.

Building Permit fee reductions, as determined by Council and established by Bylaw, may apply from time to time. The final Building Permit fee will be determined by the Building Inspector in accordance with the Langford Building Bylaw, No. 1160
